Dundee 10K Sells Out For 2026 Edition

Popular Dundee race now full...

The Dundee 10K takes place in Dundee on Sunday 7 June 2026 with a 10K race that has already reached capacity, confirming strong early demand for this growing event.

The route runs between Broughty Ferry and Monifieth on flat coastal paths, offering a scenic out and back layout that suits a wide range of runners. With minimal elevation and a consistent surface, it provides a genuine opportunity for those targeting a PB while still delivering an enjoyable coastal race experience.

Organised by Dundee Roadrunners, the event reflects the strength of the local running community. The club is active across road, trail and cross country, with regular training sessions and a welcoming setup that has helped build a solid reputation in the area.

Following a successful test event in 2025, the move to a full open race in 2026 has quickly established the Dundee 10K as a popular race on the East of Scotland calendar. The rapid sell out highlights growing interest in well organised, accessible events with strong local backing.

With a 9.30am start and a straightforward race day setup based around Broughty Ferry, the event offers a simple and well structured experience. With entries now closed, attention turns to race day as runners prepare for one of the most in demand new races in the region.
