In the latter part of the run participants enter a woodland trail which crosses the spectacular Bridge of Alvah, they will then run through the historic Duff House grounds passing the Ice House and Mausoleum, before finishing at Duff House Rugby club playing pitches. The 5K will be a trail run with its course taking in the grounds of Duff House.

The races may be just over a week away, but there is still time to enter. All entrants will receive a memento, medal and goody bag with some beautiful hand-crafted trophies for prize winners.
