Banish the back to work blues and sign up to a 2025 event today. You'll give yourself something to look forward to in the months ahead and, when there is a purpose to your training, it makes getting out on the colder days that little bit more 'doable.'

Active Leisure Events has three great events to choose from and all are open for entry, so whether you fancy the MBNA Chester 10K (9 March), the ESSAR Chester Half Marathon (18 May) or the MBNA Chester Marathon or Metric Marathon (5 October) there is a race and date to suit.

Speaking about the routes, a spokesperson from Active Leisure Events told runABC: "All abilities are welcome at our epic sell-out events. They all begin in or around Chester racecourse and the routes navigate through the vibrant historic sights of Chester, before heading into some beautiful local villages then culminate in breathtaking city centre finishes for the MBNA Chester 10K and Essar Chester Half Marathon. The MBNA Chester Marathon and Metric Marathon finishes by the backdrop of Chester Castle."

All of those participating in any of the events will receive their race day medal, finisher’s shirt and the 'best goodie bags on the circuit'! The Active Leisure Events' vibe is very much about your race day experience, and this begins from the moment you enter one of their races - you will be kept updated and involved and ready to get the best out of your race day.

The Chester Triple Series is a highly motivating, fun and achievable race series where runners take on the personal challenge of running a 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon in one season.
