The Great Bristol Run is one of the UK’s largest city running events with 10K and Half Marathon races through the centre of Bristol. Organised by Great Run, the routes start in the heart of the city and pass waterfront paths, Queen Square, Spike Island, Castle Park and the historic harbourside before finishing on Anchor Road.
Known for its lively atmosphere and strong crowd support, the event combines urban streets with scenic riverside sections and views across some of Bristol’s best known landmarks. The courses are relatively flat by city race standards, making them popular with runners chasing a fast time as well as those taking on a first 10K or Half Marathon.
