Beckbury Trail Replacement

10K For 10 Years

Beckbury Trail 10K gears up for 10th anniversary run...

The Beckbury Trail 10K returns to Shropshire on 16 November, marking its 10th anniversary with what promises to be another fantastic day of trail running through the countryside. Organised by Lawley Running Club, the event has become a much-loved fixture in the local running calendar.

The multi-terrain route winds in and around the rural village of Beckbury, taking runners along scenic trails with just one short section of road. Fully marshalled and signposted, the course also features a drinks station at the halfway point to help runners tackle the challenge.

One of the most memorable sections of the course is the notorious 'Badgers Bite Hill', a climb that tests both grit and determination before rewarding runners with sweeping views of the surrounding Shropshire landscape.

As part of the 10th anniversary celebrations, every finisher will receive a special commemorative medal, while goody bags will include water and treats. The organisers promise plenty of atmosphere on the day, with a warm welcome for newcomers and returning runners alike.

With a decade of mud, hills and memories, the Beckbury Trail 10K looks set to make its milestone year one to remember. If you'd like to know more, visit the Lawley Running Club website.
