Beckbury Trail 10K is an annual trail running event organised by Lawley Running Club in Beckbury, Shropshire. The race takes runners through the countryside surrounding the villages of Beckbury and Badger, featuring a scenic off road route that has become a popular fixture in the local running calendar.
The 10K course follows mostly countryside trails and tracks, with a short road section and a mixture of undulating terrain and challenging climbs. Its standout feature is Badgers Bite Hill, a demanding ascent with views across the Shropshire landscape. The route is fully signposted and marshalled, with a drinks station at approximately halfway to support runners.
Every finisher receives a commemorative medal and a goody bag containing water and refreshments. With its countryside setting, supportive volunteers and challenging terrain, Beckbury Trail provides an enjoyable 10K running experience for both experienced trail runners and those taking on their first off road race.
