The 3K on the Green returns to Glasgow Green for its August edition, featuring a flat, accurately measured out and back course along the River Clyde. Starting and finishing at the McLennan Arch, the route heads upstream before a quick turnaround and fast run back to the finish.
Organised as part of the popular monthly 3K on the Green series, the event welcomes runners of all abilities, from experienced club athletes to first time racers. Every runner receives an official finishing time, with entry fees supporting charitable causes.
The 3K on the Green offers an excellent opportunity to race over a fast 3K course, whether aiming for a personal best, testing current fitness or enjoying a friendly lunchtime event in the heart of Glasgow.
