The Nottingham MoRun brings runners together beside the River Trent for a lively morning of running in support of Movember. Starting from the Memorial Gardens on Victoria Embankment, the event includes Half Marathon, 10K and 5K races alongside a 1.5K Mini MoRun for younger participants.
The course is predominantly on paths around the riverside setting, with a small road crossing and bridge crossing along the way. The 5K completes one lap, the 10K covers two laps and Half Marathon runners begin with an additional 1.1K section before completing four full laps. Marshals are positioned around the course to guide and support participants.
All four distances are chip timed, with runners receiving both gun and net times and instant results available after finishing. Every participant receives a MoRunning medal and headband, with additional prizes celebrating fast performances, fancy dress and the spirit of the event. The Nottingham event forms part of the nationwide MoRunning series, raising awareness and funds for men's health through Movember.
