Suffolk Whole Hog

The Whole Hog is a mixed terrain obstacle race held at Wantisden Hall near Woodbridge in Suffolk. The main Whole Hog course covers around 5 miles and features more than 30 obstacles, while the longer Boss Hog extends the challenge to around 7 miles with over 40 obstacles to tackle.

Runners face a varied course designed around mud, water and a succession of natural and constructed obstacles. The challenge involves running between obstacles as well as climbing, crawling, wading and negotiating muddy sections, creating an obstacle racing experience where strength and teamwork are just as important as running ability.

Participants can enter individually or as part of a team, with multiple start waves helping runners make their way around the course. The event is designed as both a physical challenge and a social experience, with the Whole Hog providing the shorter option and Boss Hog adding extra distance and obstacles for those seeking a tougher test.
