The One in the Park Regent’s Summer is a 5K and 10K road running event held entirely within Regent’s Park in central London. The flat traffic free courses follow smooth tarmac paths around the park, creating fast conditions for runners of all abilities.
The routes pass tree lined avenues, open parkland and well known landmarks within one of London’s Royal Parks. With simple looped layouts and quick running conditions, the event is popular with runners targeting a PB or relaxed summer road racing in London.
