Leeds MoRun brings 5K, 10K and Half Marathon races to Roundhay Park, alongside a 1.5K Mini MoRun for younger runners. The event forms part of the nationwide MoRunning series, bringing runners together in support of Movember and men's health.
Runners take on a hilly course around Roundhay Park, mainly following park paths with sections of trail. The 5K completes one lap, the 10K two laps and the Half Marathon follows an extended four lap course. All distances are chip timed, with both gun and net times recorded and instant results available after the finish.
Every finisher receives a MoRun medal and event headband, with drinks and snacks available at the finish. Race photography, category prizes and the event's popular fancy dress competition add to the atmosphere, while participation and fundraising help raise awareness and support for men's health.
