This is a generally flat 2 lap traffic free, very well sheltered tarmac course using Telford Town Park, and the Silkin Way (a former railway line). Course record set in 2024 Jack Rowe 28.01, and in 2022 Samantha Harrison 31.10. For the last 5 years we have had more runners under 30 minutes and 35 minutes than any other race within the UK. The event is open to runners of all abilities and particularly those wishing to achieve a personal best time. New bespoke metal medal to each finisher.
