The Stilton Stumble is a 10K road race starting and finishing in Cropwell Bishop, Nottinghamshire. The event is organised by a local volunteer team and raises money for Cropwell Bishop Friends of the School and 1st Cropwell Bishop Scout Group, with all proceeds donated to the two causes.
The undulating course follows country roads through picturesque rural surroundings, taking runners from Cropwell Bishop towards the neighbouring Stilton cheese making village of Colston Bassett before returning to the finish. The race has been part of the local running calendar since 2013 and combines a competitive 10K with a strong community atmosphere.
The event is chip timed and finishers receive a medal and goody bag. The race is UK Athletics affiliated and is limited to 500 runners.
