Organised by Stafford Harriers, the Staffs Knot 5 Mile and Fun Run takes place at Cannock Chase Visitors Centre in Hednesford, Staffordshire. The event features a 5 Mile main race alongside a 2 Mile Fun Run and forms part of the NSRRA Programme of League races.
The 5 Mile course follows a mix of trails and pathways across Cannock Chase, including wooded sections that can be muddy and wet depending on conditions. The Fun Run uses tarmac and gravel surfaces, offering a shorter route through the same scenic surroundings.
The event includes chip timing for the main race, live results, finisher awards, age category prizes and medals for Fun Run participants. With its woodland setting, club organisation and friendly atmosphere, Staffs Knot provides an enjoyable summer evening race on Cannock Chase.
