Starting and finishing at the Life Guards Beach Hut. The race distance is approximately 4 miles. The surface will be mostly on firm compact sand. There are no surprise hills but you will be delighted to know that at the end of each lap a nice cooling water dip is included for your pleasure! You will get more than your feet wet so remember to bring a change of clothing.
