Sithee at Slawit Again is a trail running event organised by It's Grim Up North Running, based in the village of Slaithwaite in West Yorkshire. Offering 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon distances, the event follows the scenic Huddersfield Narrow Canal through the Pennine landscape, with each distance exploring one of the most distinctive canal routes in northern England.

Starting and finishing in Slaithwaite, the routes follow canal towpaths towards Standedge Tunnel, Britain's longest, deepest and highest canal tunnel. The canal is characterised by its numerous locks, creating an undulating course that combines runnable towpaths with steady changes in elevation. The flexible routes cater for runners seeking anything from a 5K to a full Marathon, with generous cut off times, well stocked feed stations and enthusiastic marshal support throughout.

All finishers receive a bespoke medal together with post race refreshments, while the event is held under Trail Running Association rules. Combining historic waterways, Pennine scenery and a friendly atmosphere, Sithee at Slawit Again is a popular fixture in the Yorkshire trail running calendar.
