The Rye Summer 5K Series Race Five is the final event in the popular summer series at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. Set within one of Britain's most important coastal nature reserves, the race offers an accurately measured 5K on a flat course with a welcoming atmosphere for runners of all abilities.
