The Rye Summer 10K & 5K Series Race Three is the third event in the Rye Summer Series, a programme of summer evening races organised by Nice Work. Held at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, the event includes 5K, 10K and junior 1K races, welcoming runners of all ages and abilities to one of the South Coast's most scenic racing venues.

The flat and fast courses follow the paths of Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, passing through a nationally important coastal landscape of shingle ridges, saltmarshes and lagoons. The fast terrain offers excellent conditions for runners seeking a personal best while enjoying the unique surroundings of this internationally recognised nature reserve.

All finishers receive a bespoke medal, with the event combining professional organisation and a friendly atmosphere. As part of the Rye Summer Series, Race Three offers runners another opportunity to enjoy competitive summer racing in a spectacular coastal setting while progressing through the series.
