Runners in sunshine at Royal Berkshire 10K

Royal Berkshire 10K

The UK’s most colourful and family friendly running race!

The Royal Berkshire 10K, Reading was voted best 10K race at the 2018 Running Awards.

A great race for all runners, the Royal Berkshire 10K is a fast, single-lap race in Reading on fully closed roads with a stunning lakeside race village set in Green Park.

Suitable for both club athletes looking for a new PB and newer runners look for a flat, friendly, relaxed race with a great atmosphere, plenty of support and a generous cut-off time.

Our pace runner team will be on hand to help runners reach their targets and our fantastic lakeside event village will have everything you need; from bag-drop, toilets, coffee, food, music, flags and entertainment, even ice cream and a bar!

Before you run the 10K and recover by the lake there’s plenty of time to support the kids in the family Mini-Mile and/or the 3K Mini-Marathon. Around 1,200 children will take part in the two races within the beautiful landscaped grounds of Green Park supported by their families, friends and schools. There are free T-shirts, great medals, chip timing and automatic entry into the Royal Berkshire Schools Challenge.

The sixth Royal Berkshire 10K and family races take place on Sunday 19 May at Green Park, Reading.
