The flat scenic route is on tarmac and hard-packed paths that take you alongside the River Colne and around the three lakes at the Aquadrome.
This is a 6 hour timed events where you choose - you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 3.28-mile loop around the Aquadrome. All abilities of runner welcome - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 6 hour time limit. Everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.
