The Upton Summer Series Race 6 takes place at Upton Country Park on a 5K mixed terrain course using the park's traffic free paths. The route starts and finishes in front of Upton House, while a separate 1 mile junior race is held earlier in the evening for younger runners.
Organised by Poole Runners under UK Athletics rules, Race 6 is the final event in the six race Upton Summer Series. The event is fully marshalled and chip timed, with Grand Prix style starts and individual, age category and team competitions running throughout the series.
