The Upton Summer Series Race 4 is the fourth event in the Upton Summer Series, a six race programme organised by Poole Runners at Upton Country Park. Held under UK Athletics rules, the series welcomes runners of all abilities to enjoy friendly, competitive summer evening racing.

The senior race follows a multi terrain course through Upton Country Park, with all six races using the same venue to provide consistent racing throughout the series. The fully marshalled course offers runners the opportunity to measure their progress across the summer while competing for individual, age category and team awards.

The event features chip timing with Grand Prix style starts and contributes towards the overall Upton Summer Series standings. A junior one mile race is also held before the senior event, making the evening a popular fixture for runners and families alike.
