Piglove By The River starts and finishes at Piglove By The River on Clarence Road in Leeds. The 5K follows the flat Trans Pennine Trail to a turnaround point just before Thwaite Mills, while the 10K continues further along the riverside before returning to the finish. The trail route combines riverside trails and high quality footpaths to create a fast course with very little elevation.
Organised by Great Owl Running, the event welcomes runners of all abilities and provides registration, toilets and bag storage at race HQ. Every finisher receives a complimentary drink courtesy of Piglove Brewery, with optional medals and event T-shirts available during entry.
Whether you're aiming for a fast time or simply enjoying an evening run by the River Aire, Piglove By The River offers a friendly atmosphere, scenic riverside trails and a unique post race social at Piglove Brewery.
