Perth’s toughest trail run is back, and it’s bigger and better than ever. Set against the stunning backdrop of Murrayshall Country Estate in Scone, Perthshire, this challenging event promises hills, mud and breathtaking views. 

Taking place on 13 April and organised by Wee Run Events, Perth’s Toughest offers two race options - a grueling 10K for seasoned trail runners and a 5K option for those looking for a tough but fun challenge.

Organisers told us: "After years of searching for the perfect location, Murrayshall presented an opportunity that was too good to pass up. Now, for the first time in years, Perth’s Toughest returns to the running calendar, bringing an exciting mix of technical trails and varied terrain that will push runners to their limits."

Race organiser Ben is known for his love of maps and creative course planning and has designed a route that will surprise and challenge participants, ensuring an unforgettable trail-running experience.

The event offers runners not only an exhilarating race but also top-class facilities at Murrayshall where participants will have access to free parking, showers, changing facilities and even a discount on post-race meals at the estate’s restaurant.
