The Milnathort Dash is a popular sell out race organised by Kinross Road Runners, offering runners a challenging 5 mile test through the countryside around Milnathort. Known for its hills, varied terrain and stunning views, the event has earned a reputation as a race that is both demanding and highly rewarding.
The route combines road and farm tracks, with a significant climb early in the race followed by a faster, largely downhill second half. Adding an extra competitive element, runners can also compete for the King and Queen of the Hill titles on the opening ascent, creating a race within a race for those willing to attack the climb.
