The one lap course passes through Adel Woods, Scotland Woods and Meanwood Park on a varied mixture of woodland paths, park trails and natural terrain. Runners pass beneath the famous Seven Arches viaduct, alongside the Slabbering Baby spring and through the tunnel beneath the Leeds Outer Ring Road, creating a distinctive and memorable trail running experience.
