The event is very welcoming, the supportive team will cheer you on whether you decide to walk, jog or go a personal best!
Both courses are all on forest tracks (trail shoes are recommended but not essential), the exact distances are 5.6KM and 11.4KM. The course includes stunning views throughout as you make your way through the Glenmore Forest to Loch Morlich beach. The course will be well-marshalled and sign-posted, with first-aiders on site throughout the event.
