The Lilliesleaf 10K Run for Harris Trust is a hilly off road event through the countryside surrounding Lilliesleaf in the Scottish Borders. The route explores the fields and tracks of the Riddell Estate, with views towards the Eildon and Cheviot Hills along the way.
Runners take on a challenging 10K course across rural terrain, with the event held under Scottish Hill Runners rules. The race starts and finishes at Leaf Green near the village hall and welcomes runners of all ages, although those under 16 must have a responsible adult present. Walkers also take part and runners with dogs are welcome, provided dogs remain on a lead.
The annual event raises funds for Harris Trust and uses a pay what you can entry system to make participation as accessible as possible. Prizes are awarded across several categories, with post race refreshments and prizegiving held at Currie Memorial Hall.
