Fleet Half Marathon is a long-established road race organised entirely by volunteers from Fleet & Crookham Athletic Club. First held in 1982, it has become a popular fixture in the build-up to the London and other spring marathons.
The traffic-free course starts from the Calthorpe Park Race Village and follows a gently undulating but fast route through Fleet and the surrounding roads. Its proven PB potential attracts a strong field, while pacers from 1:30 through to 2:20 help runners target a wide range of finishing times.
The race is chip timed and supported by more than 125 marshals, professional medical cover and enthusiastic local spectators. Finishers receive a medal and finisher gift, with free professional race photography also included.
