Endure Relays London is organised by Threshold Sports and brings a fast paced team endurance format to Finsbury Park in North London.
Pairs and teams of four take turns running a 2.5K circuit, exchanging runners after each lap and attempting to cover as much distance as possible within four hours. Teams can start another lap at any point before the four hour deadline, adding a tactical element as runners balance speed, recovery and the order of their team.
The course follows wide, runnable paths on a rolling clockwise lap of Finsbury Park, starting and finishing at the Event Village and Exchange Zone.
The format allows teams to target anything from half marathon distance through to marathon and ultra distances, with the winning pairs and teams determined by the greatest distance covered.
