Bristol MoRun brings 5K, 10K and Half Marathon races to Ashton Court Estate, alongside a 1.5K Mini MoRun for younger runners. The event supports Movember and brings runners together to raise awareness of men's health.
The 5K, 10K and Half Marathon follow a hilly mixed terrain course across Ashton Court, combining parkland paths and trails with sustained climbing and descending. The 5K completes one lap, the 10K two laps and the Half Marathon four, with some sections potentially bumpy or muddy depending on conditions. All distances use Chip on Bib timing to provide accurate race results.
Finishers receive a MoRunning medal and headband, with water, snacks and refreshments available at the finish. Fancy dress, special MoMedals and the event's support for Movember add to the distinctive atmosphere of the Bristol event.
