Banbury 10K is organised by Raceways Events and brings closed road 10K racing to the heart of the Oxfordshire market town.
The single lap course leaves central Banbury and heads west towards Broughton, passing through residential areas before reaching more open countryside. Runners continue through Broughton village before turning back towards Banbury on rural roads for the return to the town centre.
The course combines town streets with gently undulating country roads, providing plenty of variety without becoming an especially demanding 10K. The event is designed around community participation, with local spectators, volunteers, businesses and charities involved in race day.
Electronic chip timing and live results are provided, with marshals and clear route signage around the course. A free 1K Kids' Fun Run follows the main race.
