The Yetholm Shepherds Show Race is a traditional hill race held at The Haugh in Town Yetholm as part of the annual Yetholm Border Shepherds’ Show. The 6.5K race heads into the hills surrounding the village, bringing a challenging running event to the show’s programme of rural activities and competitions.
Runners tackle approximately 360m of climbing over the 6.5K course, creating a short but demanding hill challenge in the Scottish Borders. The combination of steep terrain and significant ascent makes the race well suited to experienced hill runners looking for a compact and testing course.
