The Workington Summer 5K Series Race 4 is the final race in a four race summer series held at The Cloffocks in Workington. Starting and finishing close to Workington Cricket Club, the officially measured 5K road course provides runners with a fast and accurate route suitable for racing and personal best attempts.
Organised with chip timing by Timing Up North, the event features race registration at Workington Cricket Club, a pre race safety briefing, lead bike, sweeper runner and first aid cover. Individual prizes are awarded after each race, while runners completing at least three of the four races qualify for the overall series standings and veteran category awards.
