The Epping Forest Half Marathon and 10K are autumn trail races through the ancient woodland of Epping Forest in northeast London. Starting from Chingford Plain, both distances follow off road routes through one of the capital's largest natural spaces, providing a scenic alternative to road racing within easy reach of the city.
Runners tackle a challenging, fully marked trail course, with the 10K completing one lap and Half Marathon runners taking on two.
