The Weymouth 10 is a well established 10 mile road race organised by Egdon Heath Harriers, starting and finishing at the Pavilion end of Weymouth Esplanade. Its coastal route showcases Weymouth Bay and the surrounding seafront, creating a scenic setting for this popular autumn event.
Runners follow a mostly flat course with a challenging double loop around Bowleaze adding variety and some climbing along the way. The route balances faster seafront stretches with the more demanding sections around Bowleaze before returning towards Weymouth for a flat run to the finish.
The combination of coastal scenery, varied running and a friendly local race atmosphere makes the Weymouth 10 a rewarding autumn challenge. All finishers receive a medal, with prizes awarded to leading runners across a range of categories.
