Ultra X England brings runners and walkers to Edale for a challenging trail running event through the Peak District National Park. The Sunday programme features 51K, 25K and 12K distances, with routes exploring the national park's distinctive hills, valleys and rugged countryside.
Runners can take on the 51K ultra with around 1,969m of elevation, choose the 25K route with around 1,015m of climbing, or tackle the shorter 12K Dash with around 460m. The courses are fully marked and supported by checkpoints, medical teams and event staff, providing a demanding Peak District trail running experience across a choice of distances.
Ultra X England forms part of the wider event weekend and its longer races are recognised as UTMB Index Races. Finishers receive a medal, while support on the routes includes drinking water and snacks at checkpoints and safety and medical assistance throughout the event.
