The Ultra Scotland 100 is a 104 mile Ultra Marathon that follows the Southern Upland Way across southern Scotland. Starting in St John's Town of Dalry and finishing in Galashiels, the route passes through forests, valleys and remote upland terrain on one of Scotland's Great Trails.

Runners face more than 4,600 metres of elevation gain as they tackle major climbs including Benbrake, Lowther Hill and Minch Moor. The course also passes notable landmarks such as Daer Reservoir, St Mary's Loch and the Three Brethren, creating a demanding endurance challenge through some of the most scenic trail running landscapes in Britain.
