Tolpuddle Half Marathon & 14.7K is organised by Inertia Events and follows scenic road routes through the Piddle Valley and surrounding Dorset countryside.
Starting and finishing at the Tolpuddle Martyrs Museum, both distances explore quiet country lanes around historic Tolpuddle. The Half Marathon follows a single 21.4K loop with around 213m of climbing, while the 14.7K uses a shorter loop with around 148m of ascent and a 2K out-and-back section.
Runners, walkers and Jeffers are welcome, with no formal race cut off although participants must return by 14:00. The routes are marked and supported by marshals, aid stations, first aid and a broom wagon. Finish times are recorded and event photography is included, while entrants can choose whether to receive a finisher medal.
