The Titsey Trail 10K follows a scenic single lap through the Oxted Woodlands, taking runners into Limpsfield Common and the High Chart on the Surrey and Kent border. Almost the entire route is off road, creating an autumn trail race through an attractive mix of woodland and countryside.
The course uses forest tracks, footpaths and bridleways, with only a short stretch of around 200 metres on a country lane. It begins relatively flat before climbing gradually over a series of slopes, with flatter sections between them. After reaching the water station at around 5.5K, the route is largely downhill on the return towards the finish.
Organised by Oxted Runners, the Titsey Trail welcomes runners of different abilities and is known for its supportive community atmosphere. Finishers can expect a medal, T-shirt and goody bag, while proceeds from the event support local charitable causes.
