The Tiptree 10 is an established 10 mile road race through the Essex countryside, organised by Tiptree Road Runners. The measured course passes through Tiptree and surrounding villages including Messing and Hardy’s Green, creating a scenic rural setting for this popular Essex event.
Runners follow a fast, mostly flat course along quiet country roads, making the Tiptree 10 well suited to those targeting a personal best or building endurance over the 10 mile distance. The route is fully marshalled and chip timed, with pacers helping runners work towards a range of finish time goals.
The race has a strong connection to the Essex running community and has received the Howard Williams Trophy for Best Essex Road Race on multiple occasions. Profits from the event support local and national charities, adding a community focus to this long established autumn road race.
