The Thompson Millennium Green 10K and 5K are mixed terrain races through the countryside surrounding the Norfolk village of Thompson. Starting from the Millennium Green, the routes explore a varied network of pathways, quiet lanes and bridleways, providing an attractive rural setting across both distances.

Runners can expect changing surfaces as the courses move between paths, lanes and countryside tracks. The 10K provides the longer challenge while the 5K gives runners a shorter option over the same style of mixed terrain. Friendly marshals guide participants around the routes, with the peaceful surroundings and varied conditions underfoot adding interest throughout each race.

The event supports the Thompson Millennium Green Charitable Trust, helping with the ongoing preservation and upkeep of the Green and its natural environment.
