Phoenix Running Hampshire Think Pink Day 2 is a flexible trail running event in the Forest of Bere near Wickham. The course follows a 3.3 mile out and back route through the woodland, with participants completing as many or as few laps as they choose within the seven hour time limit.
Runners can build their chosen distance from 5K, 5 miles, 10K and 10 miles through to Half Marathon, Marathon and Ultra. The off road course follows hard packed, well established forest trails, with approximately 80 metres of elevation gain across the route and a central aid station providing sweet and savoury refreshments.
Flexible start times allow runners to begin across the morning and tailor the challenge to their own distance goal, with the course remaining open until the timed period ends. The trail race is licensed by the Trail Running Association and held under UK Athletics rules, with part of the event proceeds supporting the care of the Forest of Bere woodlands.
