The Sea Wall 7 Miler is a charity multi-terrain event that takes place at Port Haverigg Marina Village in Haverigg, Cumbria. Open to runners and walkers of all abilities, the event combines a welcoming community atmosphere with fundraising for a local charity, making it an accessible challenge for both first-time participants and experienced runners. 

The 7.2 mile course starts and finishes at The Ski Bar and showcases the beautiful scenery of the Cumbrian coastline. The opening five miles follow quiet roads before the route transitions onto approximately 2.2 miles of gravel paths, creating a varied multi-terrain challenge. A water station is provided around the halfway point to support participants along the route.

The event includes prizes for leading finishers, age category awards and a finisher goody bag, alongside a friendly and inclusive atmosphere that welcomes runners and walkers alike. With its scenic setting, charitable focus and supportive organisation, The Sea Wall 7 Miler offers an enjoyable summer race on the Cumbrian coast.
