RNLI Tower Run is a vertical running challenge inside 22 Bishopsgate in the heart of London. Participants climb 58 floors and more than 1,500 stairs to reach the finish high above the city, creating a very different challenge from a traditional road or trail race.
Runners face a continuous ascent through the skyscraper, with more than 1,500 steps providing a demanding test of strength and endurance. Participants can run or walk the stairs, with staggered waves managing the flow of runners and chip timing recording their performance as they take on the climb.
RNLI Tower Run is a distinctive London stair climbing event with views across the capital waiting at the top. Participants receive an event medal and T shirt, while fundraising from the challenge supports the RNLI and its lifesaving work around the UK coastline and on the Thames.
