The One by the Canal is a point to point trail Half Marathon following the Grand Union Canal from Cowley near Uxbridge to Watford. Organised by OneRace Events, the route uses canal towpaths, woodland trails and country paths alongside one of the UK’s longest waterways.
The course offers flat and runnable terrain with waterside scenery, nature reserves and long stretches beside the canal through Uxbridge, Denham, Harefield and Rickmansworth. Runners can expect a scenic autumn trail running experience with a relaxed atmosphere and a fast finish in Cassiobury Park in Watford.
