All three routes weave through the rolling hills, tranquil valleys and bustling hamlets of the quintessentially English South Downs. With all three routes spending time on the iconic South Downs Way.
Whether you are a seasoned Trail Runner or a complete novice, the West Sussex event is suitable yet challenging for all levels of experience. The trails vary from fire trails, forest paths and farm tracks with hills and technical sections thrown in for good measure.
