The routes mapped are intended to test you. With three route options to choose from, there's something for everyone. The trails will lead you up and over undulating hills with panoramic views across the National Park. Stunning winding trails take you past the River Itchen and through some awesome woodland before you head back to Cheesefoot Head. This route is fast and hard-packed so we may even see some PBs and new course records set.
