Run Reigate is a popular running festival centred around Reigate Priory Park in Surrey, featuring a half marathon, 10K, 5K and a programme of kids races. The event combines competitive road racing with a strong community atmosphere, with the park hosting a large event village featuring food, drinks, entertainment and activities for runners, families and supporters.
Runners can choose the half marathon as the main endurance challenge or take on the 10K and 5K distances, with courses showcasing Reigate and the surrounding area. Each kilometre is clearly marked and marshals are positioned around the routes to guide and encourage participants. The separate kids races cater for children across school age groups, giving younger runners their own opportunity to take part.
The start and finish activity is focused around Priory Park, creating a lively race day atmosphere with supporters able to follow the different events throughout the day. Finishers can expect chip timed results, course support and post race extras, while the event also supports The Brain Tumour Charity.
