Complete a 6.7056km / 4.167 mile yard within one hour. Whatever time you have left is yours to rest, eat, drink and get ready to go again.
At the start of the next hour, everyone still in the race starts another yard. Miss the start or fail to complete the yard within the hour and your race is over.
The event continues until only one runner remains. That runner must complete one final yard alone to become the official Last One Standing.
There is no set finish time or distance.
